Reporting to Global Standards GBM country Program Manager, the successful candidate is expected to:

- Lead the development of a localized design of the Global Standards CDD Target Operating Model (TOM)

- Support the implementation of the CDD TOM into country through support / enablement / delivery of the following activities IT business requirements, UAT, Training, Business Readiness, Go-live and post go-live support

- Help ensure that the GBM business and supporting functions (KYC Services, Compliance, Products) understand the strategy and requirements of the operating model and are bought into taking ownership as appropriate of the new model

- Work closely with business and functions to ensure relevant local constraints and future needs are built into the new operating model to meet / align to the GBM business needs

- Work closely with the regional team to ensure alignment with regional and global requirements as appropriate

- Document local as-is CDD Business Processes

- Analyse gaps between new Global GBM CDD procedural requirements and Local regulatory driven business procedural requirements

- Develop localised design variations to meet gaps / differences identified in previous point

- Liaise with key local business / functional stakeholders to get agree localised designs

- Work with regional team to ensure localised design is in line with regional / global design principles

- Create and maintain Business Requirements documents and associated process maps to support TOM deployment

- Creation of end to end process maps supporting requirements

- Support development of training and comms materials where appropriate

- Support UAT, ORT (operational readiness testing) and business readiness assessment

- Provide reporting to the project manager on deliverable status

- Provide ad hoc support to programme for business analysis work / process development and implementation outside of CDD if and when appropriate

- Engagement and buy-in of all key stakeholders throughout the project to ensure they are aware of the impact of the change and of what the programme expects from them and their teams to make this successful

Qualifications :

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Strong understanding of the GBM business, structure and operations

- Experience of designing and delivering process change / policy implementation ideally within the regulatory space and within a GBM context

- Client-facing, relationship management, sales, servicing or KYC/onboarding experience within a banking context a definite advantage

- Highly effective communication and presentation skills and an ability to tailor styles to front office, senior management and global peers

- Ability to manage multiple tasks to challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

- Analytical and structured, process-driven thinker with interest in risk management

- Strong organisational skills

- Good risk and control awareness, proven experience in proactively strengthening controls and identifying potential gaps
