We are looking for Manager Customer and Channel Management in Financial Service domain.This is a consulting role.

Prior consulting/Advisory experience will be preferred.

- Client satisfaction and loyalty, segmentation (retention, attrition, cross-sell), CRMs

- Channel / Multi-channel strategy and data mining
Process reengineering, lean

- SAS/SPSS
