Customer Analytics Specialist - BFSI (5-8 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading captive financial services organisation, looking to hire specialist for Customer Analytics / Data Analytics / Product Insights role.

The position will join a world-class marketing analytics environment that supports the marketing organization in profiling the customer base, understanding customer needs, identifying crucial gaps in expectations vs. delivery and improving targeting.

The major functional focus of this position will be leveraging database analytics to provide rich business insights.

The role will involve close interactions with senior onshore partners as well as local internal teams.

Desired Profile:

- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw out insights, answer the - so-what- & - what-if- and propose actionable recommendations

- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A - persuasive, influencing- communication style would be a plus.

- Exposure to data in an warehouse environment

- Experience in managing partner relationships and overall program management

- Experience in mining data using SAS/R/SQL

- Experience in Clickstream analytics

- MBA / MA Econometrics / M.Sc (Statistics) from premier schools

- 5-8 years of experience in data analytics and strategic analysis

Role based in Bangalore
