Job Context

1. With customer as the centre of all actions, with Direct marketing, the idea is to create

a. Long-term relationships with the customers through all forms of direct communication.

b. Use Analytics to aid CRM/DM initiatives so as to increase customer acquisition, retention and grow

c. Create loyalty programs

2. For Direct marketing, the idea is to create long term relationships with the customers through all forms of direct communication such as SIP letters, account statements, direct mail are all tools to help

3. Create innovative customer service communication so as to aid towards a positive customer service experience

Job Purpose

- To run direct marketing campaigns on a segmented customer base to increase direct applications, up-sell and cross-sell initiatives
