Roles & Responsibilities:  - Should have 15-20 years of minimum experience in IT Services industry  - Should be able to interact with Customer for clarifications /initial calls/ understand and articulate the scope of engagement.  - Excellent understanding of RFP, Tenders, RFI and other bid processes as well as compliances  - Should be able to drive win theme discussions and strategy for a given proposal  - Front-ending technical discussions along with sales team with customers.   - Be part of lead/ bid qualification process. Working with backend teams to submit the solution/ proposal to customer Technical Skills  - Review proposals with required scope  - Should be able to effectively interact with internal stakeholders for quick turnaround of any solutions to cater the requirements of the Customers  - Solution Design: Should be able to design / review the solution based on the requirements of the Customers  - Vetting solutions from individual practices/ LOBs. Identifying differentiators to the solutions and creating new solutions in terms of service models, technology usage etc  - Effort estimation / review by using benchmarks and industry best practices  - Identifying pain areas of the customer and proposing appropriate solutions for addressing customer issues  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Substantial experience in pre-sales and specifically in solution architecting is must .  - Experience in in handling large account (minimum $5 - 10 Mn ACV) is desirable.  - Good Domain knowledge on cloud, Mobility, AD, ASM, Testing, Oracle and SAP service portfolio  - Good communication skills and interpersonal skills  - In-depth understanding of Processes, Systems, Technologies   - Should have good understanding of contracting, pricing, estimations  - Architect winning solutions as part of the pre-sales process: Customer Interactions
