Manager Engineering Services  Job Description :   Job Title : Senior Services Engineer /Manager Engineering Services (Mechanical) Division/ Department Project Management   Location : Bangalore Site (if Applicable)   Min Exp : 7-9 years Key Skills Site coordination  General Description :   - Candidate with education qualification as Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical, Having good experience in the Big IT Campus Base built Projects, Commercial Projects. Experience in office interior fit out is added advantage.  - To Manage the coordination & execution with the team & the consultants for MEP services in the projects job.   Major Responsibilities :   - Basic knowledge of MEP Design.   - Proficient Drawing & Specification Reading & analysis,   - Review the Technical Submittals, RFI's ensure its compliance with project specifications,   - Good in monitoring the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings & Specification,  - Good in the Testing-Commissioning & system Integration.   In Following Trades :   - HAVC, Mechanical ventilation & Exhaust system  - Plumbing services (internal & external), Sewage Treatment Plant, Irrigation system  - Fire protection - Fire Pumps, Hydrant lines, Sprinklers, Pre-Action System  - Diesel storage facility, pumps & piping and leak detection system  - DG installation & Acoustic works etc.  - Integrated Building Management System.   - Elevators & Escalators.   - With Electrical, Fire detection, IT Cabling will be added advantage.  - Good at communications and reporting  - Good at documentation  - Preparation of Quality Documents  - Basic of Knowledge EHS for Projects  Qualification : B. E. / B. TECH Mechanical Engineering.  Work Experience : 7 - 9 Years relevant experience.
