KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL)

Internal & External Clients

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Advise Clients on Investing in Real Estate Investment Products (Clients defined as Family Offices, Ultra HNI or HNIs).

- Real Estate Investment Product defined as instruments of Real Estate Funds or Debentures of existing Real Estate

- Projects - Development or Yield based)

- Achieve Revenue Targets basis Fees from Advisory

- Acquire & Maintain Clients - Family Offices, Ultra HNI or HNIs

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE :

8 to 10 years of strong relevant experience in Private Banking

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

MBA in finance/CA/CFA from Top 10 colleges/good colleges.

Skills :

- Have a base of Family Offices, UHNIs, HNIs & experience in advising Family Offices, UHNIs, HNIs in financial instruments.

- Demonstrated Investment Advisory of - INR 20 crores per annum

- Any experience in advising Family Offices, UHNIs, HNIs for investing in RE Funds/ Instruments
