Cushman & Wakefield - Assistant Manager - Consulting

1. Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support role on business development

2. Should have logical & analytical thought process for conceptualization & efficient delivery of consulting project

3. Execution skills- Report writing - Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling /DCFs, making presentations. Should have fair knowledge on usage of MS office. Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,

4. Front end client management - Handling client queries pertaining to projects & supporting senior leadership in pitching for business by preparing proposals and at times assisting in meetings etc.

5. Should be able to track & understand the real estate market and should have keen interest in Real estate as a career option.

Skills

1. Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts.

2. Should have evaluated Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, alternate asset classes (education & health care). Evaluating new markets and novel Experience in execution - report writing, financial analysis & client management

3. Experience in hands-on Consulting & research

4. Dynamic & hard working individual with relevant experience of around 3 - 4 or more years, preferably in IPC or reputed Consulting or Research firms.
