Curriculum Owner - NGO

The Curriculum Owner will be responsible for researching, developing, assessing, maintaining, disseminating and in scaling the Program Curriculum

Responsibilities-

- Design curriculum to develop grassroots entrepreneurship across a variety of low- income participant groups, adapting the design across diverse demographic sets such as rural students, night colleges, poor women's cooperatives etc. to ensure relevance and efficacy.

- Create and implement measures to assess curriculum efficacy. Create systems to solicit and integrate feedback to ensure constant improvement and relevancy.

- Maintain the quality of the curriculum through regular user and stakeholder feedback processes, testing and updates

- Design a process for disseminating and scaling the curriculum as an open source asset, partnering to make the content accessible to a wide range of existing educational and social enterprise infrastructures

- Demonstrate thought leadership in enabling entrepreneurial mindset and skills through ongoing research and publishing, ensuring cutting-edge curricular design through ongoing integration of advances in the field

Qualifications-

- Passion for education, entrepreneurship and the vision of the organization

- Minimum 5 years professional experience as both a curriculum designer and facilitator, in either n educational or corporate learning capacity.

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and continuous learning approach within the curricular context; experimentation, proactive seeking of feedback, responsiveness to changing stakeholder needs, trends and environmental demands, willingness to try new things and think outside the box.

- A research mindset- with a desire to push current boundaries of best-in-world and active sharing and learning.

- Strong team player with a collaborative, non-hierarchical approach. Energized by a small team start-up environment.

- Ability to generate new and fresh ideas for content creation

- Strong written and spoken English language communication skills.

- Fluency in Kannada, Tamil or Hindi desirable
