We are a young educational-technology start-up that is charting new routes in the domain of mathematics education. Going beyond the traditional focus on mathematical concepts, Cuemath takes a wider approach in introducing students to the real world of mathematics. There is a stark difference in the mathematics that is typically taught in schools and the real world mathematics which is often described as the most beautiful language we know. Cuemath's mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.

Job Description

We're looking for a marketing channel lead to focus on Cuemath's marketing efforts on both supply and demand side. We are a performance-driven organization and are constantly striving to improve our marketing KPIs. You'll radically increase the performance of Marketing efforts by working cross-functionally with corporate office teams and with various city teams right from execution to implementation. You will focus on five areas:

(1) optimization of P&L for a channel,

(2) channel expansion ideas and initiatives,

(3) attribution/data and analysis,

(4) integrated expansions under various pilot projects,

(5) customer experience.

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution on marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through implementation to performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Build out testing plans for a channel by identifying requirements and dependencies as well as ensuring that all stakeholders meet deadlines. Look for connections to other projects and recommend simplification and integration points for city teams.

- Project manage various marketing objectives for the channel by working closely with cross-functional internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing Content, Strategy, Curriculum, Product, and Design.

- Share insights, learnings, and best-practices from various pilot plans and the data points collated.

- Understand changing and differing priorities depending on territories and suggest and execute ideas to create meaningful impact

- Own the P&L and channel MoM projections

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Graduate or Post graduate from a Tier 1 college

- At least need 2 years- experience working on cross-functional product, marketing, that delivered solutions related to conversion, marketing optimization, and/or user engagement.

- Meaningful understanding of the online marketing/analytics landscape. For example GA and advance excel

- Hands-on experience project managing initiatives from start to finish. You achieve goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk. Learns from failures as well as successes.

- You're an innovative and creative thinker.

- An analytical mindset. You approach problems from an inquisitive and scientific perspective and are always looking for data to help make decisions, but you know how to balance quantitative and qualitative insights.

- Great communication skills. Asking questions, listening and driving group decision-making.

- A self-starter. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away, you get it done.
