JOB DESCRIPTION   Role & Responsibility   Position: Manager: Human Resource & Administration   Reports To: COO  Team Size: 1-3   Experience: 8-10 years  HR Operations:  - Onboarding, Induction of new joinees.  - Maintain employee records/ Files (such as leave, employee history records, MIS, attrition data)  - Maintain PF and other regulatory records.  - Distribution of employee rewards & benefits.  - Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and, interpretation to staff.  - Maintain up-to-date HR Knowledge Base content on policies, procedures & FAQs  - Continuously strive to gain customer satisfaction and minimize complaints on the delivery of HR Operations Services.  - Managing HR budgets.  Recruitment:  - Manage recruitment function for completion of hiring goals (thru team members)  - Measures and analyzes key recruitment metrics for the purpose of measuring recruiting effectiveness.  - Work closely with business in order to understand organization structure, strengths/weaknesses and key deliverables, and make the use of this information to design effective recruiting strategy  - Consult/ work with CxO team on overall recruiting strategy for both the short and long term needs of the business.  HR Generalist/Business Partner:  - Policy & procedures implementation, updating of HR policies, procedures and processes  - Partner with the business in Employee Satisfaction surveys/ Polls and contribute to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.  - Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.  - Facilitate the performance management & development process  - Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.  - Design and develop Rewards and Recognition   - Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives like Staff Committee, fun & Sports events, leadership offsites etc.  Administration:  - Manage office administration staff (such as office admin, reception, security)  - Manage Administration budget  - Purchase control  - Maintain hygiene  Required Skills:  - Superb negotiations and communication skills  - Can act as Advisor, mentor  - Can do multitasking  - Experience in dealing with Senior Management & challenging individuals  - Ability to build rapport quickly with employees and management team  - Ability to represent Human Resource function and partnering function to business  - Strong understating statutory laws & its implication on business
