CTO/ Tech Co-founder | On Demand Medical Transport Startup | Hyderabad

Our client offers application based health care service in the area of medical transportation with an objective to provide healthcare services at your fingertips. It is aimed at providing timely medical aid to people and address trauma and unwarranted critical/non-critical emergencies along with unique medical taxi for senior citizens and differently abled people.

The company was born out of a realization that the market for medical transportation and ambulances is a highly unorganized and fragmented market and lacks transparency and standardization leading to a sub-optimal experience for the customers. With this insight mind, the founders started the company with a vision to create an online aggregation platform for the medical transport industry on similar lines to Uber.

As the CTO/ Tech Co-founder, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing the vision and roadmap of the organization's technology strategy. Leading the architecture and execution of it

- Working closely on every part of the portal - front end, backend & analytics while you explore the latest technologies as well as product management, multi-threading, people management, and problem solving

- Designing, developing and owning components of a highly scalable, distributed web services platform

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web and mobile application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company's services

- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.

- Write quality code in Java

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Technical skills and experience in dealing with mobile technologies within a start-up

- Should be an expert in programming fundamentals including algorithms, lock-free data structures, networking fundamentals, advanced knowledge of multi-threading.

- Should have the ability write codes actively and have proficiency languages and systems like JAVA, Node.js, Android, and Ios

- Must have experience in web development technologies, with strong understanding of database technologies, Big Data Tools (Hadoop, Hive Hbase/NoSQL, MongoDB etc).

- Exceptional leadership to direct reports and indirect reports as well as teams across the country

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 25,00,000 to 35,00,000
