CSR Manager ( Preferred Women on a Break)
Qualification: Post Graduate in Social Sciences or PG Management
Experience: In depth understanding of non-profit sector and CSR ecosystem. Should have working knowledge of both in corporate (CSR) and in Non-profit sector
Ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience
Communication & Content management:
Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to drive employee engagement through CSR communications e.g. Newsletter, blog, periodic updates on CSR programmes through unique communication approach, CSR communication to board members & leadership team. Report creation and Documentation skills
Proficient in using infographics, explorer functions, etc.
Know-how and ability to leverage social media
Stakeholders- Engagement
Engage with various partners for program management and implementation. Ensure regular monitoring of activities through getting reports from NGOs and prepare communication cadence for internal stakeholders
Leadership and employee volunteering engagement. Organise employee engagement or volunteering opportunities
Operations Management
Management of CSR operations - understanding of working on CSR legal agreement / MOU, raising purchase orders, shopping cart, vendor registration, etc.
Understanding and ability to work on for Compliance with Government of India's Companies Act requirement
Strong multitasking abilities and coordination with internal stakeholders
Program Monitoring & Evaluation Monitoring of the programs
Planning, budgeting and project implementation skills
Salary offered: 15 - 25 LPA
