Job Description : Tax ProvisionSenior Prof  Job Title: Senior Prof  No. of Position : 1  Job Purpose :   - Manage the quarterly tax closing and reporting processes under US GAAP reporting including the FIN 18 tax rate and provision calculations and effective tax rate analysis. Includes determining discrete items on a legal entity basis.   - Prepare year-end non-U.S. tax provision calculations and coordinate with non-U.S. tax departments to resolve income tax accounting issues. Ensure legal entity tax basis balance sheets properly reflect all tax accounts.  - Research and draft position papers for FIN 48 and Sarbanes Oxley documentation requirements. Tasks would include tax research and application of law to relevant facts.  - Assisting with the preparation of transfer pricing reports and OECD compliant documentation.  - Assisting with the management of tax authority enquiries and double tax treaty issues.  - Assist with local tax return preparations and preparation of the ASC 740 reconciliation files.  - Assist in preparation of Tax Balance Sheet Analysis quarterly/annually.  - Assist UK team on other aspects of tax compliance and reporting - including PPA  - Assist and train other team members where necessary  Requirements :   - CA (CPA) with 5-7 years of experience working in International Tax reporting and Tax return preparation and filing across various Regions.  - Must have worked in Multinational / Big Four firms in core Tax functions. Person should excellent managing experience in core tax return preparation, filing, related reporting and compliances.  - Holding US/UK visa would be an added advantage  Work location : Noida  Skill Sets :   - Must have hands on experience in International Tax returns preparation, filing and compliances related thereto.  - Good to have experience in transition International Tax preparation and filing work to India.  - Should be a good team player to ensure timeliness and quality.  - Putting together a robust platform for incisive, accurate and timely tax reporting and compliances.  - Should be able to work in the shifts.  - Should be able to manage various tax initiatives and reporting initiatives of the Corporate Tax Team  - Excellent communication / Proactive approach to the work and  - Excellent presentation / Excel knowledge  - Corptax experience an advantage but training can be provided
