Exp : 5 to 12 year  - b- CA or ICWAI qualified- /b-   - b- Mandatory skills : - /b-   - US GAAP, Revenue accounting Worked on Revenue recognition, Revenue assurance  - Worked on SAP, contracts (IT contracts preferably)  - Knowledge of 10K (Annual financial reporting) and 10 Q (quarterly financial reporting), providing schedules for group closure   - Preparation and review of balance sheet packs and review of account reconciliations per US GAAP  - Monthly and quarterly closure of books per group calendar and group accounting policy   - Working knowledge of US GAAP  Global revenue recognition :   - They should have knowledge on revenue recognition as per region specific  - Work on Revenue assurance as per US or UK GAAP/ IFRS  Work on Revenue accounting & review of accrued income/ deferred income would be practical application of revenue recognition rules per UK GAAP/Australian GAAP/IFRS  Legal entity accounting :  - Book closure per UK GAAP/Australian GAAP/IFRS  - Preparation and review of account reconciliations between local and group books  - Preparation and review of financial statements per UK GAAP/Australian GAAP/IFRS  - Providing information for preparation of direct and indirect tax returns   Timely completion of local statutory audits and any other regulatory requirements
