General Manager - Resource Development  Job Title : General Manager   Location : Mumbai  Job Profile :  Key Accountabilities :   Stakeholder  - Implement the advocacy strategy of CRY and ensure that all RG activities are in line with the focus on child rights through community development  - Ensure new business development via implementation of strategic partnerships with corporates, associations and funding agencies, direct mail, online marketing, execution of events, direct marketing and high net worth individuals   - Reinforce the CRY brand identity, increase the visibility of the CRY brand, and ensure effective positioning & ownership of the CRY brand among internal and external stakeholders.   - Ensure that all RG initiatives are in line with CRY's Branding strategy  - Develop and manage cooperative marketing partnerships and outsourcing arrangements at the regional level to lower operating costs, maximize reach and funds generation  - Cultivate and manage key donor/customer relationships and partnerships in the region   - Ensure that the team effectively coordinates with DS for exchange of information; and regularly interacts with other regions and functions to imbibe learning's and best practices as also to provide such information to them  Process :   - Ensure the team's coordination with partners for partners performance and undertake conflict resolution where required; implement processes for increasing the efficiency of the partnerships  - Develop innovative ways of expanding reach, increasing the vitality of the CRY brand, increasing customer/donor servicing, maximizing the generation of funds, and increasing the support to CRY in terms of material/services received  - Ensure timely reporting of information for the functional and financial MIS  - Provide comprehensive and timely information on new and large tie-ups (donations, events, products) to other locations  - Monitor operations for Support Direct and other outsourced partners in the region. Highlight any quality issues and ensure that Support direct complies with CRY's service level agreements.   - Aid support direct by ensuring that the regional team provides training to new Marketing Associates  - Function as a Member of the Regional Committee for review and sanction of Development projects supported by CRY  People, Learning and Development :   - To build team anchored in CRY values and motivated to achieve its vision and mission  - To develop the team's capabilities to ensure CRY objectives are met   - To personally embody the CRY culture in thoughts, words & deed  Financial :   - Ensure that the region meets/exceeds its resource generation objectives of visibility, income, profitability, and customer/donor relations & service  - Ensure that the region has a healthy cash flow at all times to meet the requirements of development programs and organizational costs  You :   You must be a post graduate in Marketing with 11-16 yrs of experience .Your strengths should be in areas of Marketing, Networking skills, Strategy and planning. Also critical are skills in leadership and team building.
