Associate General Manager - Communications   Job Title: Associate General Manager   Function / Division: Communications   Location: Mumbai   ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Contribute to the process of defining brand positioning and communication guidelines to ensure the brand is projected in a consistent manner across mediums.  - To collaborate with the different functions, understand their business objectives, and work on a communication plan (online and offline) resulting in collaterals basis the guiding principals/guidelines.  - To work with the regional communication teams in ensuring consistency of messaging - in line with agreed upon guidelines across different regions and media.  - To manage the relationship with external partners to ensure superior output, both in quality and timely deliveries.  - To prime move national level campaigns, media planning and market research for the organisation.  - To guide, mentor, supervise the team and ensure that they create superior communication material as per brief.  - Help the reportees to develop their kfas in line with the overall function's objectives and meeting them.  - To facilitate smooth working between the people from different functions and the communication team members.  - To mentor regional Communicaitons teams and provide them support and direction in their work.  - To set, track and monitor brand budgets.  - To negotiate with vendors - ensuring high quality at the lowest possible cost.  You:  You must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing/Mass Communications/Advertising with 8+ years of brand/account management in an advertising agency/marketing company. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
