We are looking for dynamic marketing professionals as part of our Resource Generation team in Mumbai. The corporate fundraising sector in India has seen a real boom over the past few years and CRY has always maintained the best in industry approach to fundraising.  - This role is truly challenging because it entails defining and implementing the corporate fundraising strategy for the Western Region. You, along with a team, will be responsible for mobilising corporates in your region to contribute resources in support of CRY's objectives and activities.  - You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and be responsible for business development from corporations which will give you a chance to think creatively as you create CSR solutions for them. In doing so you'll experience the thrill of engaging new clients whilst enhancing your strategising skills to chalk a business growth path; maybe even re-inventing skills and learn to meet the uniqueness of the sector.   - You will experience a new high and a new challenge every single day as you find innovative ways to raise funds.   - You will also be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing your team and for delivering on and managing corporate fundraising budgets. Across all your work you will reinforce the CRY brand identity, increase the visibility of the CRY brand, and ensure effective positioning & ownership of the CRY brand among internal and external stakeholders.  You:   - You must be a Post-Graduate, preferably an MBA with 8-10 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising/Client Servicing/Business Development.  - In addition, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong strategic orientation and at least 3-4 years of managing a team.
