- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) includes complete ownership of ALL talent acquisition related activities (not just sourcing).
- Direct interaction with technical/Hiring managers not restricted to recruitment coordinator. There is no communication gap between hiring manager's expectations & your understanding - resulting in higher closure rate for you.
- How to conduct HR rounds for assessing the organizational fit etc. & final salary negotiations. One of key skill to grow as senior recruiter
- Deputation at client side in India or International locations. Acts as SPOC for our RPO's assignment which result in immense learning's
- Learn to process the candidates onto various Application tracking systems (ATS) & Recruitment Management Systems (RMS) used by clients. Become matrices driven & understand the key performance indicators used by top MNCs & how to track/report the same
What are you supposed to do here :
Review JDs :
- Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions to help you identify the perfect match.
Industry/Function Expertise :
- Gradually grow as subject matter expert on your industry/function area so that hiring managers value your inputs during hiring process.
Identify :
- Sourcing and uncovering pool of active & passive candidates against the requirements
Screen :
- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against job description by resume study & screening call
Present :
- Showing or offering candidate resume to hiring managers for consideration
Coordination/Follow up :
- Keep your candidates in the loop about the selection process developments. This goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals.
Interview :
- Conducting final HR rounds through telephonic, video conference or in person mode to assess their company & position fit
Offer : Prepare offer letter & send it across to candidate. Resolve their queries related to salary structure, benefits & company policies
On-boarding :
- Help candidates in smooth on-boarding by arranging for guest house/travel etc.
ATS/Reports :
- Process every candidate on client's ATS or RMS. Prepare reports as & when required by clients
