This position is responsible for the analysis and optimization of the online customer experience for a client in NC,USA. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all business stakeholders within a geographic region. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to shape the entire customer journey from acquisition via online demand generation to optimizing the on-site experience.

- Identify actionable recommendations based on quantitative data
- Create meaningful visualizations and dashboards to drive business decisions
- Provide insights to stakeholders through both written and oral communication
- Demonstrate insatiable curiosity and critical thinking skills to solve problems
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
Preferred skills / qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years web analytics experience (preferably in a B2C eCommerce environment)
- Adobe Marketing Cloud, especially Analytics (formerly SiteCatalyst, Discover, and Insight)
- Data visualization. Demonstrate application of information design
- JavaScript and tag management
- Statistics and data modeling experience
- Proven ability to drive projects forward and effectively communicate progress and/or barriers to stakeholders
