Sales HR Manager - South Region ( for all 5 South States ) Location : Chennai It is a regional leadership role in HR with reporting to Region Head ( Business) and functional reporting to National HR Head- Sales. No.of Reportees : 01 - This role provides an opportunity to make a mark by close working relationship with sales teams and active involvement in supporting various sales initiatives taken at the regional level. - As HRBP for sales team, you would be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of employees and also provide active functional support to achieve business objectives. - Role provides independence to try new initiatives, introduce best practices in the region while ensuring that you work alongside corporate HR team to drive Key HR processes supporting business agenda. - This opportunity would be a good match, if your profile meets the following requirements : - Previous experience as HRBP/Sales HR in FMCG or FMCD sector ( Preferred) - Interest in understanding business and provide functional support with short turn around time. - Interest in independently designing and executing initiatives as necessary for the business - Flair for engaging and guiding sales teams ( from front line sales employees to senior leadership) - An MBA in HR with experience in the range of 4-6 years ( Exceptions are welcome w.r.t experience in case of exceptional profiles
