At CRMNEXT we are creating a new vertical for LOS, where we are looking for experts with domain knowledge of Loan Origination Systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- The position seeks proven leaders who can manage enterprise level projects and deliver to exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities :

- Meeting clients to understand their CRM and Lending process requirements

- Understanding/working knowledge of end to end process implementation of Personal Loan, Home Loan, Auto Loan and Agri Loan for Loan origination System.

- Leads system requirements definition process, oversees the system setup during implementation, and manages the team during implementation

- Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out

- Responsible for overall management of the implementation of client systems

- Developing high level implementation plans

- Creating and managing the project schedule, participating in performance standards discussions.

- Translating client requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery schedule

- Providing them solutions using CRMnext

- Study of global best practices in CRM vertical

- Coordinating with departments to ensure delivery

Eligibility Criteria :

- Educational Qualification - B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.E./M.Tech with 8-12 year experience in technology led project

- First division (60%) in Xth, B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech and 65% in XIIth

- Minimum 1 year experience is software Development is preferred

Desired Profile :

- Should have at least 8 years of experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and analytical skill.

- Ability to deliver on timeliness

- Excellent customer facing skills

- Appreciation of Business Issues

- Strong Technical background.

- Experience in BFSI domain is mandatory.

Technical Skills :

- Good business analytical skills

- Exposure to Microsoft .NET framework and databases is a plus.
