CRM Specialist - BFSI (4-10 yrs)

We do have urgent openings for CRM Specialist

Main Role (Overall accountability):

- Provide analytic support to the business and product teams, learn and apply appropriate analytical tools and techniques to accomplish project objectives.

- Develop, implement & maintain statistical models.

- Communicate the analysis to business partners. Incorporate feedback into analytical models with an aim for continuous improvement.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Data management: Manage customer centric data from various databases and liaise with various data teams

- Analytic Project Execution: Deliver consistently on simple individual analytic projects/sub-part of large analytic projects. This would require an understanding of analytical tools and techniques and the ability to apply the relevant tool/technique to create analytical models for given business problem.

- Campaign Management: Execution of tactical campaigns for the business through lead generation & upload and post campaign analysis on ongoing basis. Execute Customer Lifecycle Management Strategy for Segments & Products. Drive programs with an aim to Cross Sell, Up Sell, Win-back, Retention, Portfolio Initiatives

- Business Knowledge: Develop business context and knowledge. Proactively seek out best practices and adopt the same in day to day functioning.

- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with own immediate team. Establish trust and confidence with the business partner teams.

- Communication: Work with the team to present project analysis to the business teams effectively

Personnel Specifications:

- Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics / Statistics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Economics etc., from premier institutes or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability with 4-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis in financial services (Banking and or insurance).

Typical areas may include:

- Customer Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM

- Risk management

- Proven skills and experience in:

- Database management: proficient in query management and reporting tools (SQL and similar)

- Advanced analytics (i.e. multivariate segmentation models, credit scorings, propensity models, price sensitivity models)

- Type of techniques used: decision trees, clustering, logistic regressions etc.

- Proficient in programming/using most common statistical tools (i.e. SAS, SPSS, Clementine or similar)
