- Responsible for resolving and redressal of Grievances and maintaining the quality Customer Service and supervising Customer Care function like Customer Retention.
- Maintaining Customer Relationship Management and monitoring the Customer database for maintaining the service levels.
- Providing floor support for the team on complex quires.
- Ensuring that calling activities are done within the given time lines.
- Handling inbound and walk-in escalations.
- Investigating the root cause of the complaints and giving timely feedback to the team.
- Ensuring that the mails from the helpdesk mail box for the project are distributed among the team members and ensuring timely responses to the clients.
