Job title - Senior Research Analyst

Location: Pune

Experience:

Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in equity or credit with strong modelling and preferably some writing experience

Job Duties:

- Incumbent for the role would be part of iLabs, the pilot team of GR&A Financial Research

- Would be required to contribute to pilot financial research assignments. These are high-visibility critical proof-of-concept projects for prospective clients

- Research work would be across asset classes (equity, credit), across sectors/geographies and across client verticals (sell side, buy side) thereby offering excellent learning opportunities

- Work would involve end-to-end research tasks including modelling, report writing, project scoping etc.

- Required to work well with team and mentor junior RA/MT analysts and manage quality of deliverables

Qualification:

MBA/CA/CFA

Skills required:

- The applicant can have prior experience in either equity or credit

- Experience in tracking one or more sectors

- Strong modeling skills

- High attention to detail

- Good communication skills; Preferably some writing experience - company initiations, earnings preview/review notes, industry reports etc.

- Working knowledge with Bloomberg
