Crisil - Research/Sr Research Analyst - Banking & Insurance Sector

Job title: Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst

Location: Pune SEZ

Experience: 1-3 years of experience; Financials background; Insurance experience would be a plus but not very focused on that.

Job Duties: The candidate would support sell side client in the US Insurance - Non Life (Equity research domain).

The key tasks would entail:

- Build end to end financial models for companies under coverage. It also includes understanding sector drivers and forecast company’s financial statements and performing valuation

- Update models for earnings and events

- Write sections of company notes

- Build/Restructure/Maintain analyst Marketing presentation

- Provide data and analysis based on various client request

- Build and update sector databases in Excel

- Search and aggregation on sector and companies

Qualification: CA and/or MBA

Skills required:

- Good excel skills

- Database savvy; ability to deal with data and reconcile various elements

- Good communication

- Good knowledge in the Financials domain
