Regional Manager - Executive Training (Business Development)  Location Mumbai ( will be in charge of West)   Require a candidate with 5 -9 yrs experience who has worked in earlier in financial products/ services related sales / business development ( preferably training services in Financial services)  Job description:   - Role would involve to manage the end to end business development activities pertaining to entire West region for Executive Training.   - Would be required to generate leads, build and maintain relationship especially in the banking and NBFC space.   - Should be able to develop and manage mid and senior level client relationship, understand challenge areas and ensure closures.   - Should develop a working relationship with existing pool of trainers and ensure effective implementation.   - Possess strong communication, never give up attitude; willing to travel at short notice.   - Should help in identification of new training topics and also add to the pool of trainers  Skills:  - Experience in cold calling, should be able to generate leads; follow up on leads diligently  - manage to handle/ persuade tough/ indecisive customers over call   - should be able to collect databases from relevant websites, magazines and add to the databases  - Basic Excel skills is a must  - Have a positive, never give up attitude; Good communication skills ( oral and written) ;   - Basic understanding on finance issues will be an added advantage  Snapshot of our Executive training team:   The CRISIL executive training programme distils many years of our learning into focused and practical executive education.
