1. Analyze company’s financial performance which include:

2. Past financial and business performance

3. Benchmark these against peers’ performance

4. Project future performance of the company

5. Undertake rigorous credit risk analysis encompassing both industry / business research and financial analysis of Mid Corporates

6. Assign Ratings and prepare reports that cogently captures the rationale behind the rating

7. Make credit rating recommendation to the Rating Committee

Process Adherence

1. Ensure adherence to timelines

2. Maintain a high quality of analytics and rating committee presentation

Client Management / Stakeholder Management

1. Discuss with the key management personnel of the corporates being rated to understand their strategy and business model
