We are into CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory urban planning and development, preparing plans for cities, real estate and housing development, policy and institutional design for providing efficient urban services and managing the public utilities, and designing and implementing of state-wide urban finance frameworks. They also review legal and regulatory frameworks, formulate sector policies, engage in sector restructuring, rationalize water tariff, structure projects based on the public-private partnership (PPP) model, and plan infrastructure development. We work closely with the Government and multilateral funding agencies, donor-funded institutions, and the private sector to develop and institutionalize innovative and practical solutions in the areas of water supply, wastewater treatment, solid waste management, and real estate and housing development.   Position: Associate Director – Urban Advisory	  Department: Infrastructure Advisory - Urban  Grade: AD	   Location: Mumbai/ Gurgaon   Role :  Functional Responsibility / Domain Related  - Work independently on consulting projects/ assignments; manage different aspects of project management including quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction / relationship, collections, etc.   - Work on financial and commercial analysis, with ability to critically review sector trends, company financials, regulations, financial projections, sector and company assessments and risk analysis.  - Be open to work on assignments unrelated to current domain strengths in the analytical capacity, simultaneously building knowledge / skills in such new areas.   - Be open to work on assignments across locations in India and abroad. This would imply a willingness to travel and be stationed at client site depending on the requirements of the assignment.   - Support in outreach activities by writing articles, in-house research, working on business development pitches / co-ordination and participating in business development meetings.  - Stay alert to changing customer needs and give feedback for business development in terms of identification of new concepts / products / tools / services relevant to the market and support development of new specific offerings.  Process Adherence   - Support the Associate Director / Director on assignment modules or complete assignments (depending on size and complexity) in terms of all aspects i.e. assignment quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction/relationship, team morale and knowledge management.  Client Management / Stakeholder Management   - Interact with client to explain analysis, assignment findings and recommendations.  - Attend client meetings to understand client requirements   Esential Qualification - Two years full-time MBA (Finance) or equivalent  Exprience - 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in research / management consulting  Skill  - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills  - Good Communication and Presentation skills and Report Writing capabilities  - Client management abilities  - Ability to work on numbers and understand sector / company trends to derive business insights  - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously  - Eye for detail and good reviewing skills  - Proficiency in project management and evaluation techniques  - Well versed in their sector/ sub sector and have independent view on likely future developments  - Awareness about the landscape of potential consulting clients  For more career opportunities in CRISIL, please visit the Careers section on www.crisil.com
