- Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

- Primary responsibility would be to work on research assignment s w.r.t different sectors and companies

- Independently lead assignments and client interactions

- Assisting Managers and Senior Managers in KSS and Franchise activities

- Develop strong sector understanding and building strong domain knowledge

- Interact with clients to understand research requirements and make business proposals largely on his/ her own

- Managing interaction with market participants/ Responsible for for sourcing information by himself/herself or as part of team

- The focus of the research assignments would range from short term to long term studies on issues relating to:

- Demand-supply gap analysis

- Price and cost analysis and project economics

- Competition analysis

- Business and financial analysis

- Taking calls on future outlook for subject matter

- Preparation of earnings models

- Project feasibility studies

- Process Adherence

- Ensure high quality of analysis and research output

- Planning and completion of research projects on schedule

- Working in project teams, coordinating internally to deliver the final output

- Client Management Interactions / Stakeholder Management

- Interaction with industry sources for primary and secondary research (modeling and desk research) for the respective sector and /or companyassignment involving different levels of respondents

- Analytical interactions with the clients, including client presentations by the team

- People Development

- Managing associates in terms of their daily tasks, training needs etc

- Others

- The person should be travel ready
