Job Requirements -

The role is to assist the Head of function by leading the support of Client and Research Management systems which cover users in Asia, North America.

- Perform training session in group or 1:1 sessions, either on site or remotely;

- Create and maintain branded training material that is kept up to date with business and system enhancements;

- Assist the business teams in setting up appropriate processes to support the operational maintenance of the platform;

- Drive and manage the business requirements and IT to achieve specific projects

- Perform business requirements analysis and business testing where appropriate;

- Data analysis and aggregation of output

- Production of formal business reports including managing the end to end flow of data to achieve this.

Qualification :-

B.Tech, MBA(IT), M-Tech

Skills Required

Client Relationship Management system, a Customer Service Management system or Research systems.

- Training, and development of user and best practice guides

- Knowledge of Equities, particularly front office client servicing.

- Experience using Excel and other office tools; SQL query ability a plus

- Good interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively with representatives of a diverse range of departments located in various locations (including front office and IT).

- A "Can-do" and proactive attitude. A determination to succeed and do what it takes to deliver.

- Team-player and co-operative personal manner.

- Willingness to learn
