Job Description for Talent Management (Performance Management) Profile

Responsibilities -

- Leading the performance management process for the organisation with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building, starting with Goal setting and cascade throughout CRISIL.

- Establishing key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role in the organisation along with individual performance mapping.

- Educating and ensuring strong understanding in the organisation on the Performance Management process.

- Ensure assimilation is consistent across CRISIL locations and subsidiaries.

- Coaching, developing and assessing leaders through the use of established tools - robust performance management, 360 feedback mechanism, individual development plans.

- Collaborating with Business to seek feedback on the process, make improvements - to maintain and strengthen objectivity and transparency.

- Strengthen the promotion guidelines across CRISIL, to promote meritocracy.

- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating Talent Management issues and solutions as appropriate.

- Work along with Senior Management & Departmental Heads for timely escalation / resolution of employee queries / grievances in accordance with company policies & procedures and documenting discussions / decisions / communications to ensure effective employee services and building a harmonious work atmosphere.

Skills Required

- MUST HAVE : Experience of having run the Performance Management Program as an organisation wide initiative.

- In depth experience of Talent Management / Performance Management & OD practices. Certifications in the same will be an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence. High degree of emotional intelligence is a must.

- Excellent stakeholder management across geographies and cultures, including CEO/CXOs.

- Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation, Problem solving, decision making, negotiation, analytical skills.

- Able to set priorities and deliver to commitments even in times of uncertainty, ambiguity and change.

- Post Graduate degree in business or management in HR; MBA preferred from Top 10 institutes - HR professional specialization; 8-10 years of relevant HR experience.
