Purpose of the Role
This is a key role supporting the organization in its growth agenda. This will be delivered by assisting in the implementation and periodic review of various strategic Initiatives and constantly scanning newer opportunities by gathering market and business intelligence.
ROLE SUMMARY
Co-ordinate with different businesses to ensure submission of updated business plans, review templates and other MIS reports
Assist in preparation of strategy presentations for management and other stakeholders
Assist in implementation, monitoring & control of Strategic Initiatives
Gather intelligence on market (demand supply), customers, regulatory issues and competitors (market intelligence)
Source and evaluate potential strategic acquisitions and partnerships; Ability to do independent equity valuation / build financial models and also assisting in analyzing the financial implications and strategic rationale
Essential Qualification - Professionally qualified i.e. MBA, CFA or CA
Experience
At least 3 years of overall experience
Prior analytical work experience in a strategy/ consulting role would be good
Skills
Good strategic thinking and ability to understand the big picture
Ability to collect and utilize relevant business and industry trend information and to analyze this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques
Strong analytic and problem abilities
Good presentation and communication skill is essential
