Key Responsibilities :  - Develop strategies to build Credit risk models that work towards minimizing risk and maximizing rewards for clients in Retails/ SME Banking.  - Develop a sound, effective and independent model validation process which will evaluate model performance, degree of complying with design objectives and business uses  Key Skills and job requirement :  - Experience in developing Credit Risk Model for SME and Retail banking  - Experience in developing Application/Behavioral Scorecard - PD Models  - Experience in PD calibration   - Experience in developing LGD and CCF\EAD models  - Experience in developing Macroeconomic modeling, Lifetime PD and stress testing  - Experience is developing credit risk models for low default portfolio or small size portfolio  - Expertise in statistical technique like Regression / Logistic Regression / CHAID / Bayesian / Probabilistic model/ Loss rate modeling etc.  - Expertise in statistical tools like SAS/R/MATLAP/Excel  - Excellent communication skill - oral and written  - Expertise in MS PowerPoint and MS Word  Other Skills :  - Must be able to work independently  - Results-oriented and a self-starter, with the ability to excel in a lean and rapidly-changing work environment  - Must have worked in Risk Analytics with leading banks/ NBFC for a minimum of 5 years
