Key Responsibilities :  - Responsible for innovation and continuously improving the organisation's data analyses model  - Maintain a deep understanding the business and the marketplace dynamics to bring about continuous improvements  - Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams towards achieving organisational goals  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients  - Lead the Data Science team with their professional growth  - Data mining using state-of-the-art methods  - Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.  - Building and optimising classifiers using machine learning techniques  Key Skills and job requirement :  - Must have a software engineering background  - Extensive experience working with big data  - Experience in data modelling techniques  - Experience in leading a team  - Experience in client facing activities and working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)  - Good applied statistical skills, such as statistical testing, regression, distribution etc.  - Data oriented personality  - Experience with common data science toolkits such as R and Python. Excellence in one of these is highly desirable  Other Skills:  - Must be able to work independently  - Results-oriented and a self-starter, with the ability to excel in a lean and rapidly-changing work environment  - Must have worked in Risk Analytics with leading Banks/ NBFC for a minimum of 3 years
