Job Summary :

Accountable role for the core banking platform and technology landscape balancing the need to manage/monitor the IT Application development projects of CAA's Operating Companies while also playing an advisory role to IT teams for realignment of solutions to achieve group level synergy.

Broad Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Contribute to Temenos implementation of Op. Cos.

2. Consult and support individual operating companies in carrying out requirements gathering, process mapping and decision making through technical comparison of products/solutions.

3. Regular travel to CAA's Operating Companies (e.g. Philippines, India, Indonesia) up to 30%

Requirements :

- Overall experience of 4+ years in core banking implementations and migration projects focusing on functional requirements gathering and post-implementation operations (e.g. EOD, COB support) either within a finance company/bank or as a consultant.

- Prior Architectural knowledge of and implementation of a core banking solution is an absolute must

- Work experience in the Temenos competency center/CoE of a IT consulting services firm such as Cognizant, TechMahindra, Capgemini, Infosys or with banks/financial firms where a core banking solution was being implemented (e.g. Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube etc.) would be a strong added advantage.

- Prior experience in micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) lending, either within a finance company/bank or as a consultant would be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of test planning and test management (e.g. UAT) would be an advantage.

- Experience in other South-East or South Asian countries would be an added advantage.

Compensation : 20-40 lacs per annum plus expat benefits such as free housing, travel etc. depending on experience and qualification
