Chief Risk Officer  CreditExchange is India's first regulatory approved, synthetic peer-to-peer lending platform for personal loans.   Job Description :   - The Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for designing and building the risk and underwriting infrastructure for an innovative online lending platform for personal loans.   - Responsibilities include: creation of the risk and underwriting platform, infrastructure, development and deployment of underwriting models, risk decision strategies and fraud detection.   - Deep knowledge of scorecards, credit policies and risk management in an unsecured context are essential. Experience in validating and implementing risk models and strategies is also essential.   - Knowledge of analytics and data science are desirable.   - Looking for experienced candidates who are passionate, creative, innovative and looking to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Involvement will start from a very early stage of the business and straddle credit-and non-credit functions (initially).   - Possibility of becoming Co-Founder for the right individual.
