A Leading foreign bank is looking for candidates with 2-6 years of experience in Credit Support Role

Job Description:

- To provide support to the credit analysts for input of quantitative and qualitative data into the bank’s prescribed financial models (MFA’s, Credit Rating Engine)

- To perform as Credit Secretary with regard to all aspects pertaining to submissions to the relevant credit committees, including but not limited to preparing, tabling, distributing and following up of credit committee agenda items, maintaining all credit files and Knowledge Bank in an adequate manner, ensuring that all applications/memo’s comply with the prescribed format

- Maintaining the Credit Tracker.

- Communicating credit decisions instantly, thereby constantly endeavoring to minimize the time lag between origination and final credit decision.

- To maintain and be the custodian of Credit Committee India (CCI) & Bank's Credit Committee (RIFCC) Meeting Minutes and submission thereof for noting and auditing purposes

- Liaising with other relevant credit secretariats regarding Credit submissions and decisions.

- To schedule RIFCC and CCI meetings for the month ensuring quorum is maintained and thereafter, circulating the agenda for the meetings.

- Collating Credit control and Credit Risk Monthly Reports for the CCI & RIFCC (once a month when Monthly reports are presented at the Credit Committees – CCI & RIFCC).

- Following up with the Relationship Managers on Call Reports and ensuring a report not older than a year is saved for each client on the Knowledge Bank and reporting the same for a yearly rolling basis.

- To approve / decline the Lea/RAROC Assessments and Ratings in the Credit Rating Engine (CRE), once the final decision on a Credit Report is received.

- Track, close (set status to final), follow up and ensure a completion of GAIA assessments by the Analysts & RMs thereby also ensuring a 100% KPI score on the Global GAIA Report.

- Update the Client Database and prepare the Pipeline report.

- Preparing the downgrade in Loan Quality Classification Quarterly Report as required for the KRI Dashboard.

- Managing the hardcopies of applications & Minutes and Agendas in files for internal and external audit purposes, and accordingly coordinating with Facilities Management to send the archived clients folders to the Iron Mountain Storage and maintaining the details of files / documents sent.

- To provide full-fledged secretarial, administrative and logistic support to the Head of Risk Management with assistance to other team members. This task inter alia includes filing, welcoming visitors, making travel / accommodation arrangements and visit preparations as well as sundry secretarial duties.

- Organize filing system, Independent correspondence and Prepare presentation material for RIFCC / CCI meetings
