Credit Suisse - Group Finance/Business Management Support (3-10 yrs)

Role Summary:

Responsible for the accurate, complete and timely preparation of the financial and head count forecast. Support in the annual budgeting cycle. Support the Group Finance COO team with various business management activities, depending on interest and specific skill set. Provides support to various stakeholders in the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the head of Group Finance Business Management in every aspect of the mandate, especially:

Prepare the headcount and financials forecast on a monthly basis.

Support the annual budgeting cycle.

Provide cost analyses independently for monitoring activities and upon requests (e.g. to validate restatement proposals)

Support the Group Finance COO team with various business management activities, depending on interest and specific skill set

Maintain the Group Finance headcount master file and run various analysis that feed into the Financials Forecast and Human Capital KPI

Interface with global and regional COOs within Group Finance to validate data, especially around the joiner/leaver pipeline and the LEP recharging process

Interface with the Structural Data team to implement GF organizational chart changes

Back-up to team member in Group Finance COO Pune and vice versa

Key Skills Required:

Recognized accounting qualification, preferably Chartered Accountant Diploma.

Strong Excel modeling skills.

Experienced Essbase user and preferably Business Objects expertise.

Solid analytical skills.

Outstanding Communication skills and cross-cultural savviness.

Self-starter with a curious mindset to dig deeper and go beyond the obvious.

Flexible on working hours during reporting periods.

Hands on experience in Essbase is a must
