CFO Change is part of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Division. As part of the Shared Services, the CFO division supports the bank in developing and implementing its strategic plans. Responsibilities :

- Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements

- Serve as a liaison with managers of line functions to identify, define and accurately document business requirements following CS best practice

- Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made

- Communicates clearly with all stakeholders and demonstrates an understanding of business processes and related issues. Develops multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization

- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing.

- Identify, manage and escalate where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design

- Design training and support documentation for new projects

- Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery milestones

Required Skills:

- Change Management & Business Analysis experience

- Exposure to Basel 3 / PRA/ FINMA guidelines

- Hands on experience in Credit Risk/ Market Risk Exposure and capital calculations. Rules implementation experience is highly desirable.

- Hands on experience in preparing business and functional requirement documents

- Good product knowledge of all tradable asset classes like Fixed Income, Derivatives (both OTC and ET) etc.

- Excellent Data Management, data analysis skills required. Hands on SQL, Excel, Access desirable

- Exposure to IFRS, US GAAP & Regulatory Reporting desirable

- Exposure to CCAR - US Fed desirable
