Business Analyst  We offer :  - Enterprise and Operational Risk Management is sponsoring and providing significant expertise in support of the Group Stress Testing Program. The Program has a number of change initiatives which will deliver enhanced stress testing infrastructure capability.  - This role offers high exposure to senior management. Moreover the role is within one of the most critical areas and high profile areas of the bank. Stress testing is viewed internally within Credit Suisse as an internal risk management / business planning tool and not just as a regulatory requirement.   - The EORM Global Scenarios team designs scenarios, develops scenario methodologies and capabilities centrally across the group and different legal entities as well as execute group level scenarios and stress tests in coordination with other areas of the bank.  - Within this team, the job entails working on designing, developing and reviewing applications, interfaces and prototypes of stress testing and firm wide stress testing change initiatives together with a dedicated IT team and with stakeholder across functional areas and divisions. Key work streams include data sourcing, data disambiguation and scenario analytics. These initiatives and implementations are part of the firm's multiyear roadmap to deliver a strategic stress testing infrastructure.  - Simplify or automate complex and inefficient process or methodologies to develop more efficient applications and prototypes.  - Experience in defining/designing methodology and execution prototypes in a Risk function.  - Analysis and Development of Business Requirements for Scenario Definition, Expansion, Calculation, Analysis and Reporting.  You Offer :  - An Investment Bank and/or Wealth/Asset Management and/or Consultancy background, with a strong understanding of structured business analysis within Financial Services, preferably in stress testing.  - Proven experience of developing and delivering expertise and change in either Risk or Finance.  - A proven track record of successfully identifying, documenting, reviewing and reconciling processes within a banking environment is essential.  - Solid analysis leading to issue identification, tracking, reporting, related problem solving, issue resolution and associated decision making skills.  - Ability to review and edit requirements, specifications and business processes and provide recommendations related to a proposed business solution.  - Previous experience with prototype IT initiatives, e.g. Quantitative Impact Studies for FRTB.  - A proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner both verbally and written.  Other skills/attributes:  - Delivery focused.  - Attention to detail.  - Sufficient credibility to direct project teams and senior management in relation to the project.  - Knowledge of Risk and Finance, including decision making around key metrics.  - Prior use of IT tools such as Hadoop, R and/or other risk systems and system feeds.  - Solid facilitation across business and IT stakeholders.  - Effective relationship management and influencing.  - Time management.  Essentials Skills and Qualifications:  - Experience in Enterprise Risk (Market, Credit, Operational )  - IT knowledge for the purpose of extraction, transfer and load  - FRTB - IRB Quantitative methodology  - Regulatory change background  - Finance background in Budgeting can be suitable.  - FRM  - Database or Hadoop  - R or Python
