CRO Change Management Risk Process Systems IB team in Pune is looking for a junior Business Analyst to work on Methodology changes. Opportunity to work with global CRO Change Credit Risk team
Ideal candidate will meet the defined attributes for the role and display a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and passion for change including the ability to pro-actively engage in solution design and definition
Work in a team of size 25+ comprising Senior and Mid-level business analysts
Work on regulatory projects, credit risk methodology enhancements
Platform to understand and execute complex regulatory requirements with work profile having 50% exposure to Business Analysis and 50% exposure to System implementation
Qualifications:
Business Analyst with less than 2 Years of Work experience in BFSI Company or projects. Freshers from Tier 1/ 2 colleges will also be considered.
MBA in Finance or BE/B Tech with IT project execution background
Proficient knowledge of Investment Banking Products
Fair Understanding of Banking Risk Management practices and recommendations - Basel II and Basel III
Undertaken FRM/PRM certification or in midst of completing
Understands Counterparty Credit Risk concepts and measurement approaches
Should have worked in Change Management and led at least 1 medium/large projects
Should be comfortable with SQL queries. Medium competency a must
Excellent Data analysis skills with help of provided tools
Proficient with MS Office applications - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good team player - The team has a reputation of being able to deliver with quality and upholding these high standards individually and as a team will be given the highest priority
Good interpersonal skills - Confident, strong communication skills with good work attitude, proactive
Effective time management - Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Strong Analytical skills - Investigate issues with attention to details and accuracy
