Credit Suisse - Associate - Investment Banking - India Coverage

An exciting opportunity to join the Front Office Investment Banking team which is based in Worli.

As an Associate, you a key role within the team, duties will support nd leads the execution and solicitation of corporate finance transactions.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Coordination: Organizing teams of bankers, lawyers, accountants, and client executives to draft legal agreements and regulatory filings such as a prospectus or an offering circular during drafting sessions

- Analysis: Performing valuations, financial modelling, credit, capital structure and financial returns analysis

- Due diligence: Conducting accounting, business, financial and regulatory due diligence

- Communications: Preparing and presenting materials such as information memorandums and presentations for boards of directors, internal review committees and solicitations (pitches)

You offer:

Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:

- Acute analytical and quantitative skills

- Excellent communications skills and ability to liaise at all levels

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Strong drive for performance with business entrepreneurship qualities, demonstrating leadership capabilities

- Multi-tasking with strong attention to detail

- Positive 'can do' attitude and solid work ethic

- Ability to exercise good judgement working in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment

- Strong M&A, equity and debt deal experience - must have experience of leading a deal as well as strong track record in execution (please attach deal sheet when applying)

- A Graduate, holding an MBA Degree would be preferred from Premier B schools
