The Change function is responsible for initiating, driving and implementing change related programmes across all functions impacting Credit & Counterparty Credit risk. This includes strategic change projects, process improvements on the risk management framework (CCR, VaR, Economic Capital, BCBS 239) as well as managing the requirements definition and implementation of major regulatory projects (e.g. EU Capital Requirements Directives), and other cross-divisional projects.  The team in general is responsible for high-profile projects with direct senior management exposure.  Key responsibilities :  - Managing and supporting BAs during the analysis of requirements for key elements of the programme (PM)  - Taking responsibility for the execution and delivery of work streams within the programme (PM)  - Analysis and documentation of requirements covering various areas of the Front-to-Back process (BA)  - Ensure engagement and coordination of functional requirements across Credit Risk, eg risk managers, methodology etc., and other key partners of CR, eg Front Office, IT, Operations, Finance etc. (PM/BA)  - Support the user testing and project roll out as required (PM/BA)  - Communicate project status update to management and stakeholders and escalate issues as appropriate (PM)  - Use of standard project management tools and techniques to maintain visibility and on-time delivery projects (PM/BA)  - Preparation of briefing documents as needed for discussions with/presentations to senior stakeholders (PM/BA)  You will be :  - A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills with strong functional & technical skills in Credit Risk.  - Able to work as part of a team and liaise effectively at all levels of the business.  - Pro-active and self-directed.
