Credit Risk Control Specialist - CA

CA is mandatory.

- Evaluate, review and propose modifications to the draft wholesale credit risk and operational guidelines covering collateral specifications, provisioning policy, terms of reference, dealer scorecards, etc.

- Put up to supervisor and relevant stakeholder for review. Make modifications and share second draft with Supervisor and put up to Risk Committee.

- Evaluate, review and propose modifications to retail credit risk and operational guidelines covering mandatory document requirements, exception policy, approval matrix, provisioning policy, NPA criteria, etc. Put up to supervisor and relevant stakeholder for review. Make modifications and share second draft with Supervisor and put up to Risk Committee

- For new and existing dealers, evaluate documents, business plans, facilities and leverage from other banks. Prepare credit review report for the dealer and put up to Supervisor.

- Support supervisor in discussion with National Sales Company on dealer credibility during the dealer selection process for wholesale finance.

- Ensuring accurate and timely Monthly/Quarterly risk reporting to company Headquarters.

- Gather data and monitor reports, competition movement, etc. and provide inputs to the supervisor regarding market risk.

- Conduct ongoing review of the operational risk and propose steps to mitigate risks and to ensure all checks are available operationally, control frauds and misuse of the system.

- Monthly review cash flow reports, identify & highlight the issues related to liquidity deficit / surplus to the Risk Committee for action.

- Monitor adherence to credit policy through random sampling file checks, overview of stock audits, review of annual financial submissions, etc.

- Analyse and maintain the residual value (RV) matrix, make quarterly changes, add new model specifications to the matrix and propose provisions on the RVs to the supervisor.

- Monthly prepare net exposure & Credit Risk System reports. Submit the reports accordingly.

- Prepare the management risk report highlighting observed and anticipated risk issues
