Credit Pan India - Used Car loan

- Overseeing the credit operations including appraisal of proposals, document management, co-ordination with different channel, ensuring deliverance of targeted turn around time and best services to the market.

- Interfacing with different departments - Sales, Operations, Risk and Collections.

- Process Drafting and Implementation of Used car financing

- Will be responsible for Process implementation.

- Manage Credit Outsource Process and ensuring error free processes and ability to fine tune the process time to time.

- Implementing the credit control; managed the in-house CPV and credit team; evaluated proposals and authorization. Reviewing the portfolio for implementing corrective measures were deemed necessary.

- Analyzed early warning measures such as first time default, dishonor ratios and trends.

- Ensuring Credit Team across Pan india to meet assigned targets, productivity and adhere to the policy and laid down processes.Ensuring process improvements in Credit underwriting, sanction ratio including consistent application of credit policy and periodic credit reviews of existing customers and sharing their learning's.

- Ensuring team managing and training the credit vendors including CPV, Valuation & PD agencies.

- Responsible for maintaining a high quality portfolio with quality decision and process management.

- Ensure team does regular meeting with channel partners to boost business volumes, quality of sourcing, TAT monitoring etc. Ensure sharing of delinquent data and pending collateral list with them on a regular basis.

- Track and adhere to all policy, process requirements and generate reports for compliance certificate.

- Ensure to share market information about business, policy and statutory changes and developments and suggest policy amendments accordingly.

Must Have :

Business Understanding of Car financing, especially.

- Understanding of Credit process & Operational [Sourcing to disbursement and post disbursement].

- Having exposure in Loan Management System and has the technical know of the System workflow and its dependencies in Loan Management system.
