Job Description : Credit Manager - Loans Against Property (LAP)
- The candidate will be doing credit underwriting of Mortgage LAP proposals / loan applications as per the laid down credit policies & procedure to honor the agreed SLAs.
- To conduct personal discussion with mortgage customers to establish Credit worthiness for underwriting. Overall credit appraisal
- To prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
- To ensure mortgage credit policy adherence to the accepted standards while underwriting a LAP or Home loan proposals.
Experience and Education - 2-8 years of underwriting of LAP/ Mortgage credit Qualified MBA and CAs only
