Principal Responsibilities :  - To conceptualize, deliberate, draft, and roll out risk policies/products and amendments to risk policies/products for vehicle loans (New & Used Commercial Vehicles, Two Wheelers, Tractor) in line with business requirements.  - Defining Credit, Risk and Operational policies and procedures.  - Conduct risk based process reviews to identify gaps & implementing control measures to maintain portfolio quality.  - Analyze data to monitor portfolio quality and policy triggers to provide regular feedback to the business on the same.  - Reporting of product performances and changes in portfolio quality to senior management periodically.  - Development of risk scoring and pricing models in coordination with analytics team for faster & improved decisions.  - Extensive location visit to get insights about market intelligence & industry practices and use the inputs for business support by development of new products. Review of locations and sourcing channels.  - Underwriting for vehicle loans (CV, TW & Tractor) covering high value & high risk cases flowing at risk level from different geography in India.  - Act as the primary point of contact with respective business units regarding risk policies & processes.
