Job Description

Position : Credit Compliance Manager

Division / Department : Risk and Asset Monitoring

Location : Bandra Kurla Complex

Team Handling Role

Job Purpose :

To ensure compliances of all internal guidelines with respect to disbursements for credit facilities sanctioned in the entities of the Wholesale Finance Group, to ensure that the disbursement that are made are in accordance with proper documentation and to track security creation and perfection. To carry out smooth functioning of the day to day operations related to mid-office process.

Principal Accountabilities :

- To check that the documents are in line with the sanctioned terms; To ensure that the disbursements are made only on receipt of all pre-disbursement documents

- To track security creation and perfection; MIS reporting for pending compliances and for compliances due in future.

- To follow up for pending compliances, if any and to get the same from the respective dealing officers. To track any post disbursement conditions

There are some 250 odd clients which are spread across four zones and 3 NBFCs The role includes checking of all documents and disbursements pertaining to all the four zones .Checking of approximately 100 disbursement memos, related transaction and legal documents. To clear sanction letters so as to ensure that they are in line with the approved terms.

Skills And Knowledge :

Educational Qualifications and Experience :

- Qualified Company Secretary/ Chartered Accountant with good knowledge of law. Knowledge with respect to RBI guidelines, Companies Act, SEBI etc.

- 3+ years experience in similar role.
