Credit Analyst - Real Estate Finance (2-10 yrs)
- Detailed review of the credit proposals received from the business unit / relationship manager to assess completeness of the proposal vis-a-vis policy / regulatory guidelines as well as the accuracy of the information provided in spreadsheets, sensitivity analysis, industry and market research, etc.
- To liaise with the RM / business unit in a timely manner to address the shortfalls / discrepancies in the credit proposals. Meet the customers with the RM wherever required in order to facilitate the same
- Arrive at the financial ratings and a credit recommendation on basis of the above assessment
- Co-ordinate the Credit Committee process in terms of checking for the availability of CC members and timely circulation of the credit proposals to the CC members
- Monitoring financial and other covenants, external credit rating agency upgrades / downgrades, quarterly performance of listed companies in the allocated portfolio and escalate any material deterioration to the Head Underwriter
